The Opportunity

Fantastic opportunity for a passionate, creative & analytical Streaming Manager to join a fast growing independent, forward thinking music services company.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a streaming role, strong industry relationships and be keen to celebrate artist authenticity and drive positive change.

This is an ideal role for someone who is looking for a new challenge, to work closely across artist campaigns and to have some fun whilst doing it.

We’re Got Your Back – a music services company who are the new way to do it! We create bespoke strategies for artists, labels, managers, distributors focussed on authenticity, kindness, tenacity and creativity.

We’re a community who have come together from major labels, DSPs, radio. We’re passionate about what we do and committed to driving strong, future focussed campaigns. We’re also passionate about well-being – we work in music and that’s supposed to be fun, not burn-out inducing. By the end of July 2025 our whole team will be Mental Health First Aid Certified so we can be better for ourselves and each other.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop and implement authentic streaming strategy for our artists and campaigns, working closely & collaboratively with internal teams, artists, managers, labels, and distributors.
  • Maintain and foster strong relationships with DSP teams.
  • Create compelling pitches to secure growth, opportunities & playlists for our artists.
  • Monitor streaming performance, delivering weekly reports, insights and analysis to inform next steps.
  • Develop creative ideas to connect with & build fan bases across streaming platforms.
  • Communicate regularly with our artist, label, distribution partners to ensure full alignment across artist vision and strategy.
  • Provide guidance on best practices for engaging with streaming platforms, new opportunities, housekeeping, trends and DSP advancements.
  • Ensure our processes, artists & campaigns are best in class across every DSP understanding each platforms individual ecosystem.
  • Look at the bigger picture as well as the micro day to day, to build long term success.
  • Ensure execution of all promotional opportunities.
  • Meet potential clients to pitch for new work.

About You

  • 3+ years in a streaming or digital music role, with deep knowledge of DSPs, platform ecosystems, and tools like ChartMetric, Spotify for Artists, etc.
  • Strong relationships with key contacts at streaming services & the ability to foster new ones with artists, record labels, distributors & managers.
  • Excellent communicator with proven pitching and presenting skills, able to turn insights into actionable plans.
  • Confident interpreting data to inform decision-making.
  • Proactive & tenacious – a desire to drive positive change & deliver authentic, creative campaigns and develop ideas/solutions/opportunities true to each artist.
  • Organised with the ability to plan, prioritise and a strong attention to detail.
  • Equally comfortable working solo and in collaboration with internal and external teams.
  • Genuine passion for music and our artists, with an appreciation of genre diversity and a commitment to our core values: kindness, authenticity, tenacity, and creativity.
  • Able to use Excel, Canva, Google Suite.
