Job Details and Description
We’re on the hunt for a Campaign Manager to join the PACT Digital team on a full-time basis. We’re a small team looking for someone friendly, reliable and full of positive energy — someone who loves working with others, a real attention to detail, and who wants to be a key part of what we’re carefully building together.
We’re less focused on your experience with specific social media platforms, and more interested in your ability to build genuine relationships, communicate clearly, and collaborate effectively — especially with artists and their teams. We’re looking for someone who thrives in a creative environment, adapts quickly, and brings a thoughtful, people-first approach to their work.
About PACT
We are a digital agency for the music industry, set up four years ago to provide unrivalled care and attention to digital and social campaigns for some of the most exciting and important artists in the world. We’re lucky enough to work with the likes of Fontaines D.C, Wet Leg, Sam Fender, Rachel Chinouriri, The Cure, Self Esteem, Michael Kiwanuka, English Teacher, Ezra Collective and others.
At the heart of everything we do is a deep respect for the artist’s vision. We care not just about results, but about relationships — taking real pride in understanding each artist’s voice and helping them connect with their audience in a way that feels authentic, considered and true to who they are.
Key requirements
- Proven experience managing or supporting digital or social media campaigns within the music industry

- Highly organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects, timelines, and stakeholders simultaneously
- A strong understanding of social media platforms and how artists use them to connect with audiences (platform expertise not essential — perspective and taste are more important)
- Comfortable building comms plans, timelines, and social strategies tailored to each artist’s unique voice and creative
- Confident drafting up posts and content across all social channels with complete care and attention given to the details, especially the use of language and spelling and consistency of in-app creative
- Able to interpret social analytics and use insights to guide strategy and creative decisions
- Confident overseeing the creation and delivery of social-first assets (briefing editors, reviewing cuts, offering feedback)
- Experience with video editing software and in-app social editing is preferred
- A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment and is always ready to support other projects and team members
- Passion for music and a genuine respect for artist voices and how they choose to show up online
Additional notes
- The salary for this role will be between £32,000 and £38,000 depending on experience
- This is a hybrid role with 2-3 days based in our East London office, flexible working hours available.

- When applying feel free to include your CV but we would much prefer to read a cover letter about you and your work, as well as any artist marketing campaigns you have been impressed by recently and why
